I've sat in the chair
I'm here to fill.
I've held the CFO and senior operating seats inside owner run and private equity backed companies in construction, manufacturing, and the trades. I know the work from the inside, not just from the advice.
I teach financial accounting at Camosun College and am the Past President of the Saanich Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. I built Black Swan Advisory to bring that same senior finance thinking to the businesses that need it, without a full time hire.
